The Institute is within view of a palm tree lined sandy beach and boasts a variety of comfortable accomodations to suit individual needs. The institute also has a greenhouse and garden for growing sprouts, wheatgrass and greens, a full-service living foods kitchen, and indoor and outdoor classrooms. With 35 years of collective experience in the science of raw and living food, Dr. Rick Dina, D.C. and Dr. Karin Dina, D.C. are here to teach you the leading edge of raw and living food nutrition and to answer your questions. You will learn how to make recipes ranging from simple to gourmet. Drs. Karin and Rick will show you a variety of their own original recipes, including their acclaimed raw/living pizza and desserts! You will learn Ann Wigmore classics such as energy soup and other easy and delicious recipes that you can incorporate into your daily routine. Creation of blended and dehydrated recipes are included as an added bonus! Evolve ... to a new level of understanding of various raw food topics.
